Common DC System in AC Drive Technology

Vacon offers a comprehensive range of common DC bus drive products. It is an efficient solution for controlling production lines in various process industries, such as pulp and paper factories as well as various steel processing mills and plants. A common DC bus system is also applicable for the use of various cranes and winches etc. The product family covers a number of front-end units, inverter units and brake chopper units in the entire power range from 1 to 2000 kW at 380 VAC to 690 VAC. Drive components are built on the Vacon NX technology. Common DC bus components are used in a multitude of combinations.
