Tektronix recently introduced the MSO (mixed-signal-oscilloscope)/ DPO (digital-phosphor-oscilloscope) 5000 series and the high-bandwidth, low-capacitance TPP1000 and TPP0500 passive voltage probes. Features include FastAcq, which uncovers elusive problems by capturing more than 250,000 waveforms/sec; FastFrame,whose long records and segmented memory acquire high-resolution data over long periods; built-in tools for in-depth analysis of complex designs; and a Windows-based user interface for easy networking and intuitive operation.
