I Recently Moved Across Town, From A Large stately apartment building constructed around 1930, to a modern townhouse, which was built with trendy stainless steel and granite and has all the networking bells and whistles. The old place was prone to fun quirks electrically, such as brownouts and the occasional tripping of the bathroom GFCI. When I went looking for the bathroom GFCI in the new place-which I knew was required, according to the NEC-I couldn't find it. Apparently, the GFCI protection has been wired through a single device (receptacle) with a feed-through feature.
