A LETTER FROM NECA PRESIDENT DENNIS F. QUEBE

The end of 2014 and the end of my time in office came together and left NECA and me in the same place: proud for progress accomplished, grateful for opportunities seized and challenges overcome, and still eager to do more. Many items on NECA's agenda will never be completely done, once and for all, because there's always room for improvement. Labor relations is like that. This year, the construction wireman/construction electrician classification was adopted into more agreements than ever, and we're gaining on our plans to increase manpower portability. NECA was also integrally involved in restructuring the Electrical Training Alliance. So, I'm pleased with the progress made this year, but never entirely satisfied. There's still so much to do!
