摘要

Lack of a practical solution makes it difficult to heal the network using corrective actions and to achieve smart grid advantages. On the other hand, new advances in computational processes could make advantages of the smart grid to be more accessible if they have been combined with conventional methods in power systems. This article proposes a framework on how advance computational methods can be applied in developing smart grids to improve reliability and security of power systems, especially power system stability. For this purpose, some solutions have been introduced to combine stable/unstable power swing detection methods and new optimization methods to get self-healing of a smart grid.
