Analysts' roundtable: will U.S. utilities enter foreign markets?

Global energy markets offer tremendous op-portunity. Is the timing right for U.S. utilities to look at international markets? If so, which countries offer the best opportunities, and which U.S. utilities or holding companies will take advantage of these opportunities? How can the risks they take be quantified?
