Micro Waterjet announces the first USA delivery of their fully enclosed microwaterjet® system

Micro Waterjet has delivered the first fully enclosed microwaterjet® precision waterjet machining system sold in the USA to INCODEMA, located in Ithaca, NY. INCODEMA is a prototype and short run manufacturer specializing in high quality prototype sheet metal stampings, intricate metal formings, short run production stamping, laser cutting, photo chemical machining (PCM), CNC machining, wire EDM and precision waterjet cutting. This system, designated the microwaterjet® F4, is the next generation of machines and is available with a total enclosure. In addition to the enclosure, the delivered system also features a polymer concrete base which ensures platform rigidity to maintain the ±3 micron positioning accuracy necessary for the continuous production of precision parts.
