Britain has a well-known love of intoxication, confirmed on September 1st by an oecd report identifying its teenagers as the world's drunkest, among other dubious accolades. Some blame Britain's unequal society and the large underclass that it creates. But the people devouring mind-bending substances in Cambridge are a middle-class bunch, and some are downright posh.
