Terrible ethnic and reli gious violence in June in Myanmar's west ern state of Rakhine pitted Buddhists against the mostly Muslim Rohingya mi nority. The aftermath risks marring the coming-out celebrations of Myanmar's hugely welcome rejection of tyrannous isolation.
