The group of one session of TOPIC organized by JST Tokyo Branch Office for the year of 2000 had studied the theme "Aggressive challenge of information divisions" throughout the year. Information environment surrounding information divisions of firms are changing. The Internet brings us convenience of searching information we need very simply while it brings some Dispute over that information divisions might be not required any more if they remain the same as Used to be.
