Sustainability and benefit-cost analysis: Theoretical assessments and policy options

This Special Issue of Ecological Economics grew out of a forum, "Sustainability, Well Being, and Environment Protection: What's An Agency to Do?", sponsored by the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency's Office of Research and Development (ORD) held on December 2, 2005.
