We hold a bleak outlook for sorghumrntrade and estimate that it will impactrntonne-miles. The Chinese government isrnplanning to impose anti-dumping duty onrnsorghum from the US and has temporarilyrnimposed a heavy duty of 178.6%. InrnApril, US sorghum prices were aroundrn$193 per tonne. After the additional duty,rnthe inflated prices will make importsrnunfeasible.
