We expect freight rates in the Suezmax market to remain high inDecember supported by strong fundamentals. Seasonal firm oildemand and positive impact of IMO2020 regulations on refinery runswill boost tonnage demand.The maker fundamentals will improve in 2020 with a slowdown infleet growth and an overall increase in crude oil trade. Nonetheless,growth in the Suezmax market will not be as strong as that in theVLCC market as the majority of the growth in trade will be on thelong-haul routes dominated by the latter.
