In your personal experience, how have eating habits altered since you were a child?rnDickson Despommier: When I was growing up, my mother was a rather ordinary cook. Lots of one-pot meals, chilli, pasta, etc. As I grew up, I met lots of people with different eating habits from mine and I gradually learned more about world cuisines - Chinese, Japanese, Italian, French, etc.
