To celebrate their 111th anniversary, last year the German manufacturer Hansgrohe launched a photography competition dedicated to the theme of water. The images selected -including that of the winner André Becker of the beach at Cape Town in South Africa - have been brought together in the publication Magical: the world's 111 most beautiful water locations. "Our company has always addressed the issue of energy saving" explains Maurizio Lunardi, the managing director of Hansgrohe Italia, "by celebrating the unusual anniversary of 111 years we wanted to remind the world that attention to water has to take top priority in the protection of the environment".
