摘要

Intravascular thrombosis caused by aggregation of fibrin are the major cause of the cardiovascular disease. A number of thrombolytic drugs such as strep-tokinase, urokinase, tissue plasminogen activator (t-PA), and prourokinase (scu-PA) have been designed for the therapy of these diseases. Among these drugs, the first-generation fibrinolytics, such as streptokinase and urokinase, often cause undesirable side effects. For example, streptokinase and urokinase deplete plasminogen depot near the thrombus, converting circulating plasminogen to plasmin. Streptokinase exhibits well-expressed immunogenic properties, and its application causes resistance to this enzyme, fever, and allergic reactions .
