The Carvill Group's Woodbrook residential development in Lisburn, Northern Ireland, was named Most Efficient New Build Scheme Feb. 18 at the Home Energy Awards, hosted by The Northern Ireland Housing Executive. Presented by Margaret Ritchie, minister for social development, the Home Energy Awards showcase the best energy-efficient projects within the Northern Ireland housing market. Heating at Woodbrook is provided by a biomass-fueled district heating system.
