"IDEA addresses issues not only for my organization but for the industry as a whole in the area of technology. There have been so many advances in technology that directly benefit what I do as they relate to maintaining a large district heating system. When IDEA holds its technical workshops it gives IDEA members the opportunity to talk to one another to not only see what is new, but what is working in the field. Because the workshops are designed to be 'hands on' and interactive, attendees take away practical information that can be put into use immediately. I have been in this industry for 37 years now and have worked in seven different district heating systems. I can tell you that the distribution workshops I have attended and participated in have contributed greatly to my success."
