Affiliated Engineers Inc. (AEI) has acquired Baltimore-based consulting engineering firm Ross Infrastructure LLC (Rl). Over the past decade, AEI and Rl have collaborated successfully on projects for clients including the Aberdeen Proving Ground, the Architect of the U.S. Capitol, Duke University, Johns Hopkins Hospital, University of Texas Medical Branch, Virginia Tech University, University of Virginia and the Western Maryland Hospital System. Rl complements AEI's energy and utility infrastructure practice with expertise in the analysis, design, commissioning, startup and operation of combined heat and power facilities and solid fuel boilers as well as chilled-water, steam and electrical systems.
