After first announcing the plans to acquire TeamCast at the 2017 NAB Show, Enensys has officially finalized the deal. TeamCast will continue to operate as a standalone company, with TeamCast co-founders Jean-Luc Pavy and Gerard Faria keeping strategic management positions with the company. The two companies will work together to provide a product and software range that will work with ATSC 3.0, DVB-T2 and DVB-S2/S2X. Financial terms for the deal were not disclosed.
