The frequency of Airbus A320 maintenance review board (MRB) reports has increased following the introduction of re-engined neo variants of the single-aisle twinjet, and comes as the manufacturer synchronises publication with revisions of related documents in response to operator feedback. Although MRB Reports (MRBRs) are generally subject to annual revision, Torsten Roeger, Airbus Customer Services A320 Family Maintenance Programme Director, expects to see five such publications released between December 2015 and the end of 2017, as the manufacturer accommodates certification and service-entry of neo models.
