In recentyears, 'integrated customer support' in maintenance, repair and overhaul has very much changed the nature of the MRO industry. To attract customers, MRO providers, as well as the OEMs with their increasing presence in the aftermarket, have put together a wide range of support packages aiming to provide a single interface for the customer.
