By evaluating nozzle wear and predicting its dynamics, it is possible to determine and use the required operation modes of water jet devices, considering the minimum fluid pressure at which the specified cutting parameters (surface quality, slot depth) cannot be longer ensured, and, thus, determine the time of guaranteed compliance with cutting conditions and ensure timely replacement of nozzles.
