摘要

The phase relations in the Bi4Se3-Bi4Te3 system were investigated using the results of DTAand PXRD of balanced alloys. Analysis of the experimental data showed that below the solidus, thesystem is stable and forms a continuous series of solid solutions with a trigonal structure. The latticeparameters of solid solutions determined from powder diffractograms by the Rietveld method increaselinearly with increasing Te concentration which is in accordance with Vegard's rule.
