摘要

Rod pumps armed with sucker rods dominate the current development and production. Unreason-able system design will cause the sucker rods to break off, affecting crude oil production and increas-ing mining costs. Through the study of the rod pump lifting system, based on the analysis ofthe sucker rod string mechanical behavior, the sucker rod string me-chanics model is established, the calculation equa-tion of the maximum and minimum load of the sus-pension point is determined, and the sucker rod stress and strength are calculated. Combined with the design principles of the lifting system, we draw the inflow dynamic curves of the two oil wells in the field, and at the same time optimize the parameters of the pump depth and swabbing parameters to meet the actual production needs and improve the effi-ciency of the rod pump.
