The traditional fracturing fluid flowback recov- ery process is complex, inefficient and costly, which significantly increases the operating pressure of oil- field sewage treatment. In this study, an environ- ment-friendly fracturing fluid without flowback was developed and successfully applied to the actual pro- duction test of oil field. In order to meet the needs of large-scale applications, a cost reduction research was carried out. Through the research and develop- ment of a viscosity enhancer, its use induced a hy- drophobic effect, which could effectively improvethe performance of the fracturing fluid. Compared with the former, the amount of surfactant in the 90°C formula was reduced by 20 %, and the cost per cubic meter decreased by 14.2 %. At present, a total of 42 wells have been applied. Among these, the daily oil production of wells was 2.4 times of that before the measures, the daily injection volume of water was 3.3 times of that before the measures, and the back- flow and haulage treatment fluid was reduced by 0.75x104 m3. On one hand, the environmental pro- tection pressure of grassland and peripheral forestfarm construction was significantly reduced. On the other hand, it meets the requirements of pollution re- duction and emission reduction in the process of oil- field production.
