Could the use of a table make power analysis description more reader-friendly?

The most frequent question asked to a biostatistician is probably “how many patients I have to enroll in a trial for demonstrating …,” which could be not so difficult to answer, after having obtained the necessary information, which the researcher is often surprised to have to add. More disarming is the question “I have only X patients. Can I demonstrate XX differences and/or YY associations and so on…,” which, to be responded to, needs that biostatisticians (but researchers, too) equipe themselves with a lot of patience and willingness to interact. However, power analysis is a difficult topic for many readers, and any implement aimed at making it more understandable is undoubtedly useful.
