In recent years, training on ultrasound in anesthesia and intensive care has become essential in our day-to-day activities in operating theatres and intensive care units. Not only has this made locoregional anesthesia and central venous cannulation techniques safer, but it has also contributed to the creation of new peripheral nerve blocks, which are being used more frequently in clinical practice.
