Pediatric supraglottic airway (SGA) devices have been extensively tested.1 The Laryngeal Tube Suction Disposable (LTS-D, VBM, Medizintechnik, Sulz, Germany) is a second-generation double-lumen device. Its reusable version (LTS II) has proven its efficacy in adults.2 However, the effectiveness of LTS-D has not been assessed in children. The aim of the present study was to identify its main clinical features in pediatric patients.
