ASX-listed PuriflOH has signed a non-binding heads of agreement with Osmoflo which would, among other things, permit it to test its technology within Osmoflo's R&D facility. The IFC is proposing to lend $150 million to the Kerala Infrastructure Investment Fund Board to finance four new water supply projects and four hospital expansions in the Indian state. The green loans will be in local currency, with a tenor of up to ten years. A new $70 million loan from the EBRD, meanwhile, will support the building of water supply and wastewa-ter infrastructure in the Namangan Region of eastern Uzbekistan. Green Impact Ventures' subsidiary Waturu ApS has signed an LOI with a Danish company for a joint venture in Pakistan, which would produce and sell Waturu's water heater and purification products in Asia. An IPO on the Pakistan Stock Exchange could follow.
