摘要

The results of health organizations at the economic and financial level, and both professionals and patient’s satisfaction are influenced by internal and external factors to the organizational context, including factors related to health and quality of life of the professionals. This study aims to propose an exploratory, integrated and multidimensional model for the evaluation of organizational results in order to better understand the influence and relationships between organizational culture, psychosocial factors of work, as well as the quality of life of health professionals in the hospital context. Through qualitative methodology, 15 interviews were conducted with managers and senior experts in the areas of public health and health administration and management. Through content analysis, it was possible to identify three categories and ten subcategories that led us to design a study model that can be empirically tested with hospital managers/administrators, health professionals and patients. The evaluation model achieved aims to be a tool for diagnosing and monitoring measures to improve the quality of health organizations.
