Influence of Novel Coronavirus Pneumonia on Mental Status and Its Factors

在受到新冠肺炎疫情的影响下，群众必须通过居家防疫的方式防止疫情的蔓延。人们的生活方式发生了巨大的改变，面临着身体与心理两方面的考验。本文以新冠疫情对心理状态影响的调查研究为基础，总结了疫情对人们心理状态的影响及其因素。发现对疫情信息的认知、社交活动的减少、网络的过度使用以及身体活动受到限制是影响人们心理状态的主要因素。 Under the influence of novel coronavirus pneumonia, the epidemic prevention must be prevented by means of home epidemic prevention. Great changes have taken place in people’s way of life, and they are facing physical and psychological tests. Based on the investigation of the influence of novel coronavirus pneumonia on people’s mental state, this paper summarizes the influence of the epidemic on people’s mental state and its factors. It was found that the cognition of epidemic in-formation, the decrease of social activities, the overuse of Internet and the limitation of physical activities were the main factors affecting people’s psychological state.
