Application of Simplified Version of Transforming Symptom-Images into Nothingness in Psychological Crisis Intervention of COVID-19 Pneumonia

摘要

新型冠状病毒肺炎疫情下的心理危机管理是临床诊疗中的重要组成部分。移空技术是以中医治神为先的学术思想为指导的本土化身心调治技术，共10个操作步骤。为针对新型冠状病毒疫情下的心理危机特点，5个操作步骤的简化移空技术也已经推出。临床实践表明，简化移空技术用于缓解焦虑恐慌情绪及身心症状，疗效突出，值得推广。文中附有典型案例。 Psychological crisis management for the people who are traumatized by the COVID-19 pneumonia is an important part of clinical diagnosis and treatment. The technique of transforming symp-tom-images into nothingness is a localized mind-body therapy technique formed by Traditional Chinese Medical theory, with 10 steps. For the characteristics of psychological crisis under the new coronavirus epidemic, a simplified version of the technique with only 5 steps has been proposed. This version of transforming symptom-images into nothingness is used in order to relieve anxiety and panic mood and physical and mental symptoms. We get outstanding efficacy in clinic, and it is worthy of promotion. Typical cases are attached.
