目的:探讨大学生职业成熟度状况及其与学校职业支持系统的关系。方法:随机选取603名本科生进行生涯成熟度及学校职业支持系统使用情况的调查,对所收集的数据应用SPSS19.0软件进行统计学分析。结果:① 大学生职业生涯发展的整体水平并不高;② 大学生的生涯成熟度呈现出不同性别、科目、是否独生子女、母亲文化程度影响的群体差异;③ 职业支持系统的了解及使用程度对大学生的生涯成熟有重要影响,对职业支持系统的利用越充分越有利于大学生职业生涯成熟度的发展。 Objective: To investigate the characteristics of students’ career maturity and its relation to the university’s career support system. Methods: 603 undergraduate students’ career maturity and their usage of university’s career support system were randomly collected and analyzed by SPSS19.0 software. Results: 1) The level of college students’ career maturity is not very high. 2) College students with different characteristics, such as sex, subjects, only child or not, and his/her mother’s education level, have different degrees of career maturity. 3) The understanding and usage of career support system have an impact on students’ career maturity. The more fully the career support system is used, the more beneficial it is to the development of career maturity of college students.
