摘要

This preliminary research is aimed at evaluating a conceptual framework for implementing Information Technology (IT) Change Management within South African Public Sectors. It follows a quantitative approach which is a positivism paradigm. A survey in a form of questionnaires was used as the data collection tool. The results show that people and culture have a positive impact on IT strategy, IT heritage, and IT assimilation which implies that they are able to improve the level of success of IT Change Management, consequently improving the level of success of IT projects.
