摘要

In this study, 5-phenyl-[1,3,4]thiadiazol-2-ylamine (2), schiff bases of thiadiazoles(3a-d) and 7-(aryl)-2,5-diphenyl-8,8a-dihydro-5H-[1,3,4]thiadiazolo[3,2-a]pyrimidin-6(7H)-ones (4a- d) were expediently synthesized. The mould / structure of synthesized compounds were determined to be compatible with the datum IR, ~(13)C and ~1H NMR. Additionally, the antioxidant, antimicrobial, antitumor features of synthesized compounds were analyzed. All of the compounds showed various significant bioactivities such as antioxidant, antimicrobial, antitumor at different levels.
