摘要

Issues related to customer-oriented policies in a service organization are of particular importance, since the conditions for satisfying consumers with the level of service, quality of service, and its economic and social growth depend on their development and implementation. It is determined that in the service organization, the system-forming factor is the process of interaction between the consumer and the manufacturer, which pro-vides strategic aspects of the competitiveness of service enterprises in Russian practice.
