In the title compound, C 34 H 35 NO 4 , the dihedral angle between the pyridine ring and attached benzene ring is 79.17?(8)°. The meth-oxy-eth-oxy–eth-oxy side chain is disordered over two orientations in a 0.732?(7):0.268?(7) ratio. In the crystal, very weak C—H?N and C—H?O inter-actions link the mol-ecules.
