Features of Clinical Course and Risk Factors of Bleeding in Thrombocytopathies among Adolescent

The growth of morbidity among persons of adolescence in recent years is of particular concern, as it leads to an increase in the number of adolescents unfit for military service. There are many reasons for this situation. In recent years, cases of hemorrhagic diathesis (HD) caused by a violation of the functional properties of platelets have become more frequent. The aim of the research: was to study on the basis of a questionnaire the features of the clinical course of TP and to establish risk factors in the provocation of hemorrhagic syndrome in adolescents. According to the analysis of questionnaires of young men with thrombocytopathies (TP) hemorrhagic syndrome was relatively mild and was characterized by microcirculatory type of bleeding (ecchymosis, nosebleeds, gingival crowning when brushing teeth, etc.), hematuria was less common. In the process of analysis of clinical manifestations in young men, the first climatic and ethnogeographic features of the course of hemorrhagic syndrome in TP.
