Similar-ly as gracefully chains are being upset by flare-ups in key areas,request may fall because of vulnerability in the worldwide econ-omy and capital business sectors. Labor forces are confrontingthe danger of disease, and governments are starting to sanctionlimitations on development — and both add an unusual mea-surement to the emergency.
