Multispectralimagingisoneofthekeytopicsintheupcomingyears,alotofmeasurementtaskscanbesolvedusingtheadditionalspectralinformation.Fortheseparationoftheseadditionalinformationbandsplentytechnologiesweredevelopedinthelastdecades.Allofthemhavecharacteristicadvantagesanddisadvantages.Oneworkingprincipleistheuseofafilterwheelcontainingdifferentfiltersbetweentheimagesensorandthelens.Theadditionalelementinsidethelightpropagationpathaswellasthelensimperfectionsleadtochromaticaberrations.Tocompensatetheresultingfocuserrorsomeinvestigationweremade.Oneoptionisthemovementoftheimagesensorstagetoabetterfocusposition.Thereforehighprecisionmovingstagewithhighmovementspeedarecharacteristicparameterswhichhavetobeconsideredduringtheconstruction.Inthispaperalinearmotorstagepairedwithtwohighprecisionlinearbearingswereconnectedtogethertoachievethedemandedrequirements.Fortheevaluationofthisnewapproach,severalmeasurementsdeterminingthedynamicaswellasthestaticspecificationsweremadetoprooftheachievedcharacteristicsandwillbeshowninthepaper.Withthisapproach,aminiaturisedprecisionsysteminsidethemultispectralimageraprecisionrepeatabilityoflessthanfourmicronscanbeachieved...
