It is the great honour for us to edit this special issue of Procedia Social and Behavioural SciencesJournal for the selected revised papers presented in the Universiti Kebangsaan MalaysiaTeaching and Learning Congress 2011 held on December 17th to 20th 2011, at the Vistana Hotel,Pulau Pinang MALAYSIA. This privileged scientific activity has become Universiti KebangsaanMalaysia annual scientific event for dissemination of innovative research findings pertaining toteaching and learning at higher institution for three consecutive years.
