ABSTRACT High- Performance Liquid Chromatography Technique of Fluorescence Detector ( HPLC-FLD) was used for the detection of sulfur glutathione disulfide (GSSG) based on a derivatization glutathione with orthophthalaldehyde (OPA) at pH 12.
