ABSTRACT Complicated urinary tract infection (cUTI) is a major issue in the present day because of the wide variety of antibiotics required for its treatment. This study aimed to identify the organisms isolated, sensitivity pattern and utilization of antibiotics in cUTI and the outcome of the therapy. A retrospective cohort study was conducted using medical records of 297 patients diagnosed with cUTI. Patient demography, organisms isolated and their sensitivity pattern, antibiotic regimen used .
