ABSTRACT Propolis has long been used in folk medicine for the management of different diseases. In this study we evaluated anti-inflammatory effect of a propolis hydroalcoholic extract on formalin-induced edema in rat paw. Propolis hydroalcoholic extract was prepared using maceration method.
