Wireless co mmunications is, by any measure, the fastest gro wing segment of the communications industry. As such,it has captured the attentio n of the media and the imagination of the public. Cellular systems have experienced exponential growth over the last decade and there are currently around two billion users worldwide.In this paper we use the vertical handoff algorithm and make a network based on WLAN and CDMA network and then analyse on the basis of this network b y using the formula throughput and handoff delay in MATLAB
