The authors propose the agent-oriented simulation model of the logistic system of the material flows in a multi-assortment meat processing enterprise of the agro-industrial complex in the sphere of food supply from the farms and its industrial processing, storage and realization of products. The target function of the interacting agents comes down to minimization of deviations from the planned structure of the assortment of multicomponent products and time of order fulfillment upon constraints regarding resource provision, volume and assortment of manufactured products, as well as recipe constraints. The algorithm of redistribution of branching material flows as an intellectual strategy of behavior and interaction of agents in assortment - recipe optimization of the production system of agro-industrial complex is described. The results of discrete-event modeling of material flows in the universal simulation system Simplex3 are presented.
