RANCANG BANGUN SISTEM PENGAJUAN DAN PENILAIAN PRAKTEK KERJA LAPANGAN PADA POLTEKKES TANJUNG KARANG

Poltekkes Tanjung Karang is an institution of health education. There are several divisions in management of institution, one of them is division of submission and assessment of student field practice. According to observation and analysis of several problems that occur in the process of submission and assessment of student field practice, it necessary to build a system to solve those problems. Bandar Lampung Poltekkes Tanjung Karang, there are several activities, namely the submission and assessment of field practice. Based on the analysis of existing problems, namely the process of submission and assesment has not used computerozed system. To overcome these problems, the authors construct a system that can help overcome the obstacles that exist on Poltekkes Tanjung Karang and improve the performance of existing services. The system is made using the methodology of structured system analysis and design with the policy and planning stages of the system, system analysis, system design, and system implementation. System design of submisssion and assessment of student internship which includes submission and assessment sub-system which is an alternative tools to be a solution that can help to improve services and performance to calculation of grade student internship at ADDAK unit in Poltekkes Tanjung Karang Bandar Lampung.
