Diagnostic Challenge and Pitfalls of Tumefactive Multiple Sclerosis

Tumefactive multiple sclerosis (TMS) represent one type of a spectrum of CNS inflammatory demyelinating disease with atypicalclinical and radiographic features that are often misdiagnosed as a neoplastic or infective process. This case report highlights thediagnostic pitfalls and provides a brief account of TMS.
