Duchene muscular dystrophy (DMD) usually leadsto dilated cardiomyopathy (DCM), congestive cardiac failure,arrhythmias, and sudden cardiac death. There are very few casesreported of Wolf Parkinson White Syndrome (WPW) associatedwith DMD. We present this rare case and to highlight the impor-tance of ECG in cases of DMD.
